Good Experience but Poor Interdepartment Communication - Information and Referral Specialist Kenosha Human Development Services Employee Review

I always felt like the department politics were too much. I needed to communicate with other departments. How else could I make a referral if I didn’t even know what the programs were? Policies were rigid, like very old school but favored the senior workers. I was frustrated with how inefficent everything was. Salary was also awful.
