Pros

My boss was awesome, and I had some really great coworkers. I learned a lot and felt like I could always find something to do. The clients were great.

Cons

I always felt like the department politics were too much. I needed to communicate with other departments. How else could I make a referral if I didn’t even know what the programs were? Policies were rigid, like very old school but favored the senior workers. I was frustrated with how inefficent everything was. Salary was also awful.
