1. Superior and inferior culture is there - people are respected as per their title 2. No growth or expansion - very less hike 3. Leadership qualities are bare minimum so called EDs are all rude and they look down upon their own team 4. No one knows how to be professional and no HR so higher management can get away with their behaviours 5. An atmosphere of fear is created so that no one can put forth their points 6. Fairness in the company is nowhere to be seen - favourites sre protected even if they don’t meet the basic numbers 7. Rules not followed - Do as you like is the motto of senior management and company head 8.
