      Good starting salary for graduates Good supports & additional learnings Significant responsibilities given from early stage ICT team friendly & collaborative. Good work life balance.

      Greater company culture places heavy emphasis on cost cutting Under resourced teams recurring issues due to cost cutting Slow career & salary progression - lose many people to this.

      Pros

      There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

      Cons

      No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.
