Toxic tech side. If you are working student, definitely depends on the software engineer you work with. It is a luck, there are few toxic people in development side. If you are unlucky there is even no work ethic, and many mobbing. If you are lucky, might be fun.

Not a negative thing, rather expectation management: Working at an early stage startup means being flexible, not only adaptive to change but fully embracing it. If you do not thrive in this kind of environment, take ownership and generally are a self-starting person, you might not be happy here.
