      Pros

      Good startup environment and dev opportunity.

      Cons

      Toxic tech side. If you are working student, definitely depends on the software engineer you work with. It is a luck, there are few toxic people in development side. If you are unlucky there is even no work ethic, and many mobbing. If you are lucky, might be fun.

      First and foremost: we have an amazing team! 💜 Here you will have a steep learning curve, since you get lots of trust and autonomy to work on tasks and projects. We are moving fast, have a strong product and renowned VCs backing us. Very happy to be part of this growth story!

      Cons

      Not a negative thing, rather expectation management: Working at an early stage startup means being flexible, not only adaptive to change but fully embracing it. If you do not thrive in this kind of environment, take ownership and generally are a self-starting person, you might not be happy here.

      + motivated and driven team + flat hierarchies and great company culture + you'll get fast ownership + nice & well located office + very steep learning curve so far + they are operating in a field with a very good business outlook

      Cons

      Not the right place if you need micro management which is in fact also a pro, at least for me.
