Great Company all around - Assistant Manager Kettler Employee Review

The on boarding & training was standardized really nicely and the team is really nice.

Unless you’re working for corporate, your experience will be totally based on the building you’re on site.

There is absolutely no pros if you have a micromanager at the helm.

Micromanager-expects you to manage contracts and get the needed training yourself. Whole company teleworks except contracts department. Favoritism toward certain employees. There are set work hours. Like being in a kindergarten class with a mean and inept teacher. No training, horrible work environment, and horrible manager. It is not really a Contract Administrator job but a purchasing job.
