Pros
-Very competitive compensation and generous benefits -Management is very generous, understanding, and genuinely cares about the employees. -Employees have plenty of autonomy, allowing them to work in the style that they are most comfortable with. -Laid back company culture, but still plenty of challenge and change which allows employees to learn and grow
Cons
Small company, but that provides opportunity to share ideas directly with senior management which isn't always available in a large organization.
