      Growth and Opportunity beyond the Sales Pitch

      Pros

      Consistent company, Free products, and availability to work from home is nice. Management staff is very friendly, and does a great job holding it all together

      Cons

      Being able to grow in the company is somewhat stagnant. Always looking for new ways to improve as well as grow, but it just seems as time goes on its just about the number which at the end of the day is very true. However, opportunities dont seem to be available for some but more for others.

      Amazing family first type of environment, flexible schedule, awesome health benefits, and feel-good, satisfying work with purpose.

      Cons

      Scatterbrained, shiny object approach, trying to do too many things at once, without sourcing appropriate channels, enough people, or focus and follow-through, often resulting in failure.
