Great employee's, great management , good benefits, understanding with scheduling needs.

Job duties have a tendency to change with out notice.

Consistent company, Free products, and availability to work from home is nice. Management staff is very friendly, and does a great job holding it all together

Being able to grow in the company is somewhat stagnant. Always looking for new ways to improve as well as grow, but it just seems as time goes on its just about the number which at the end of the day is very true. However, opportunities dont seem to be available for some but more for others.
