Everything - promoted people they liked by popularity contest / pushed out people they didn’t like, ironically a history of firing smart, competent people who worked hard and had great ideas.
When someone quit, the response was “couldn’t handle the pace here.” No self-reflection or awareness. If you’re looking for a job on LinkedIn and see “we’re hiring due to growth” ask if the growth is due to everyone quitting.
