Not many Starting salary was good. But it will never increase

Base salary never increases. They don't give raises. Not even cost of living. They don't tell you that when you are hired You have to rely on the "bonus structure ". Which is a joke Its a family affair. If your not family you don't matter. They like to say everyone matters, but they don't. The management likes to micro manage especially when the staff starts to make bonus money so that you cant hit your numbers. This company is on life support. I give them 5 years if they dont change the culture.
