      Love the smart dedicated people. The CEO is approachable and involved and realistic yet visionary. Interesting work projects. Constantly changing to improve processes to benefit internal operations and client service.

      Cons

      Average pay. Some uncertainty due to ownership by PE firm.

      Pros

      Company is very good to provide the clients with many resources to help them with finding employment as well as resources to help those wanting to change careers after their layoffs.

      Cons

      All but a handful of the Career Consultants are 1099, The few that were fulltime were part of the deal of a recent aquire.
