Pros
You overcharge your clients so you can get a sweet paycheck decent amount of vacation can take long lunches
Cons
Not enough work-life balance (unless you have a HUGE account), lack of training - the training provided isn't hands on and just shows a bunch of power point slides, management moves around a lot and each time you get a new manager you have new rules and requirements which can be extremely stressful and demotivating, employee insurance is ridiculously expensive (I worked here prior to the ACA), you have to pay for your own parking, office is open air and call center oriented so you have zero privacy, managers demean employees in emails to other employees, very surface level relationships within the company, the managers are fake and don't value any employee input, turnover is high because no one is happy, vacation is often spent checking in and taking phone calls, most employees are unhappy and everyone is always looking to find another job.
