My role as a Software Mentor (AutoCAD, Revit Architecture & Structure) at Khodiyar CAD Center for two years was challenging for my technical development. I gained deep expertise across critical design software and truly enjoyed the hands-on student mentoring. However, the position suffered from a heavy workload/low compensation relative to the specialized skills required, and inconsistent support/lack of clear career progression created high turnover. Khodiyar is an excellent place to master technical knowledge, but management must focus on improving internal structure and staff retention.

No cons for me at khodiyar cad center

Khodiyar CAD Center is a wonderful place to work. The management is supportive and approachable, creating a friendly and motivating work environment. We celebrate all festivals together, and Saturdays are always fun with team activities. There are great opportunities for learning, career growth, and salary progression. The team is collaborative, and overall, it’s a very positive and encouraging workplace.

No major drawbacks, excellent workplace experience.
