My role as a Software Mentor (AutoCAD, Revit Architecture & Structure) at Khodiyar CAD Center for two years was challenging for my technical development. I gained deep expertise across critical design software and truly enjoyed the hands-on student mentoring. However, the position suffered from a heavy workload/low compensation relative to the specialized skills required, and inconsistent support/lack of clear career progression created high turnover. Khodiyar is an excellent place to master technical knowledge, but management must focus on improving internal structure and staff retention.

I work from last 12years and it's very good opportunity for me as join as cashier. I learn lot of things in my Account department and now I work independently with good team. Enjoy a lot and never feel that I work as employee and I feel a part of company.
