Don't join IT people to KIA India - Data Engineer Kia Motors Employee Review

I have worked as data engineer for 8 month in KIA India. Below are the true feedback which I have faced. I have seen all reviews on Glassdoor which are not true, might be added by KIA India management team. Because of toxic environment all data science team resigned at same time. =>Long shift Hours(7:45 to 6:30 ) => 9 Annual Leave => KIA India not driven by HR, It is controlled by HOD => Every dept. has HOD and HOD always be a Koreans. => Micro Management. => Every HOD shout on the Floor in front of all people. Even HOD also scold to HR. => Food Quality not good. => Learning scope is Zero. => Because of toxic environment all data science team resigned at same time.
