      Health benefits and competitive pay best in my field for my area as far as I am aware. Constant improvment and change. Kia is very inclusive and good to work with and for.

      Management, comunication, work intensivness, midlevel advancement compensation (ie Team Lead). Knowing your responsobilities between production and maintenance depts. Constant change
