Good work environment. Friendly colleagues and great flexibility.

Company direction can be a bit hard to understand.

The pay is very good.

Asked to broaden topic argument both pro and con, but are often met with rude demands to change the positions, or the writing, or sources. A core group over-master everyone else with arrogant and demanding comments. The process is constantly frustrating, and no clarifications or challenges are ever acknowledged. Left-leaning/progressive arguments are far more accepted than conservative-leaning arguments. Rudeness is quite common.
