Some lovely team members, suppliers and product. Good level of autonomy.

Bully management. Unrealistic expectations. Overly reactive causing huge workload impact to team and conflicting messages to external stakeholders. Poor processes and ways of working. Lacks accountability for poor decision making, passing blame onto suppliers while outwardly appearing sustainable and a supportive partner to small brands. You will do well if you are a “yes” man/woman. Bullied if you try to improve or change how things are done. Exiting the business you are made feel alienated, like you have done a bad job, and have fear upon leaving that you will be portrayed outwardly as someone not up to scratch, as the business has a lot of contacts and connections.
