Management is great, co-workers are super fun and definitely become your family. You learn a lot about hospitality working this job.
Cons
There is no employee loyalty. The owners are cut-throat and will fire you if you have one bad day. Leaves employees walking on their toes, making it a very uncomfortable place to work.
