      Pros

      Management is great, co-workers are super fun and definitely become your family. You learn a lot about hospitality working this job.

      Cons

      There is no employee loyalty. The owners are cut-throat and will fire you if you have one bad day. Leaves employees walking on their toes, making it a very uncomfortable place to work.

      nice coworkers, good money, pretty marina,

      boss management clientele how it runs. expect 18 table sections at time and be expected to excel or else. its about quantity not quality with this employer. and do not think about getting time off as it is nearly impossible.
