None. Can't think of one pro to this firm. If you want highschool drama, this is the place. If you don't care about clients, this is the place. If you want to be harassed, this is the place.
Cons
Everything about KTS is a negative. I really don't know how they are still in business. Poor client morale, poor treatment to other employees, harassment, micro management, lack of training and education regarding new laws.
