      Pay is way too low and raises and bonuses (if you get one) are an absolute joke. Gossipy and clickish work environment.

      Nice offices, great co-workers, the latest in technology.

      Cons

      Litigation group restructured in March resulting in a big litigation secretary layoff. Firm needs to learn how to offer voluntary, attractive retirement packages to senior staff when they need to cut back or make budget. Attorney/secretary ratios getting out of control.

      None. Can't think of one pro to this firm. If you want highschool drama, this is the place. If you don't care about clients, this is the place. If you want to be harassed, this is the place.

      Cons

      Everything about KTS is a negative. I really don't know how they are still in business. Poor client morale, poor treatment to other employees, harassment, micro management, lack of training and education regarding new laws.
