      Pros

      K-C realizes that to have a strong business you need strong employees, so they encourage you to increase your skills and become a better leader. They offer quite a few professional development courses and allow performing employees to move on to new jobs every 18 months.

      Cons

      CPG companies are operating on tighter and tighter margins and every year there are more cuts to spending to stay competitive. This can really cut into enjoying working there as they are always trying to spend less on perks and entertainment not to mention smaller raises.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
