Pros

Most of the people that work here are very talented and friendly. Benefits are basic. Work/life balance is good.

Cons

HR is inept and a moral destroyer. Example: you are not allowed to personalize your office area even with a family photo. They actively look to create problems and drama including firing and interrogating people on hear say. If you have a question regarding your 401k, Health Insurance, etc., the office HR can't/won't help you. They will give you a list of numbers to reach the outsourced HR companies and get back to you in a few business days and sometimes, not at all. They are the most useless department in the plant and company. Certain groups are catered to. Pay is lower than industry standard.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
