      good health dental,vision and decent pay.

      Cons

      Too much overtime in the summer no overtime in the winter management makes decisions without getting feedback from employes, rotating 12 hour shifts switching form days to knights every other week.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
