      Culture was good but is changing a lot right now. Nice building. Many are allowed to work remotely, but it depends on your manager.

      Cons

      Limited development opportunities. Hire a lot from the outside. Management seems disorganized and unable to align on a path forward.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
