Pros
The compensation and benefits package is good. There is good opportunity to learn new skills as there is always some change taking place.
Cons
Management does not put enough stock in feedback from the front-lines. Upper levels seem to be more concerned with public perception than creating meaningful solutions with internal process improvements.
