Pros
Some of the sharpest, most collaborative people I have ever worked with in my career. Because of its location, K-C generally pays well at the beginning. Great place to raise a family. In most cases, you'll be able to have a wide array of experiences to build your CPG portfolio with some of the world's leading brands.
Cons
A lack of any real dialogue between senior leadership and the managers who've been tasked to drive the businesses. Be smart about the salary you negotiate, because you could be locked into that pay grade for quite some time as merit increases are small and advancement opportunities are both cloudy and only available if you actively hunt them down (success won't find you). K-C also insists that you get customer experience to move up the Brand ladder, but be careful...not all customer experiences are the same or valued the same way (which nobody tells you until afterward).
