      Pros

      Company is on the ball. Changing from laissez-faire to taking charge. Just look at the new U by Kotex, Depend and Poise products and advertising.They are meeting conusmer needs and taking market share.

      Cons

      Comapny is still depending too much on commodity prices. Is working it's way out of that with more differentiated products.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

      Flexible work schedule, encourages building your skills and moving around within the company, good people and big future

      Cons

      Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed
