      Pros

      KC respects work/life balance at most sites, have been improving their internal communications, have some dedicated and caring staff and their brands have the potential to be iconic if nourished properly.

      Cons

      There has been tremendous turnover at the senior leadership level under the current CEO, yet results remain mediocre and the new senior leadership breed are much, much more political than their predecessors, very theoretical and with a few exceptions, they are not good at running KC's businesses.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

      Flexible work schedule, encourages building your skills and moving around within the company, good people and big future

      Cons

      Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed
