Pros

None anymore. The city of Brighton is a great place to live..But KC ruined it for many ppl.

Cons

Not living up their own high standards. Employees have been bullied out of their jobs in Brighton. People were sitting under their desk, crying with a nervous breakdown. Management was on an agenda since summer 2014 to reduce permanent contracts and staff in general. But they never admitted it, even if caught lying. colleagues felt sick mentally and physically...needed treatment with both. This summer the company finally officially announced what everybody knew anyway: they are outsourcing lots of the Brighton jobs (customer service, cfs,...) to Bukarest (which will kill business in Europe IMO). Never seen a company treating employees like it happened there. Team Managers going along with the bs in order to try to safe their own job...it was pathetic!

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
