it has the illusion of a good company

Cons

Facilities management leaders in Neenah, work on the "good old boy'z" format, this includes women, they hide behind their culture of accountability - which makes them protected from retaliation, it like watching the Cinderella story. Old hag has two less then qualified daughters and traps a step daughter to do all the work, however there is no prince charming, when you become aware of their games they apply their culture of accountability and I have watched them terminated good honest people with lies and deception

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

Pros

Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
