Pros

While the business is in growth mode and extremely fast-paced, the ethos allows employees to enjoy a balance between work life and personal life. The team are smart, ambitious and all moving in the same direction. The company runs a fairly flat structure with all voices being listened to and heard before management make decisions that will affect the wider team. Finally, it's pretty refreshing to come to work each day and know that the work you are doing is making a tangible positive impact on the world around you.

Cons

As a small business, the salaries are not as competitive as you might like, but when you compare the hourly rates to those working with big salaries inside big consultancies, you're really much better off at Kin&Co.

Pros

The work we do here at Kin&Co is so meaningful to both organisation and the people who work for them. The team work together to bring our purpose, vision and values to life on a daily basis. And, it's a truly fun place to work!

Cons

The team is on the smaller side so holidays and sickness can put added pressure into the system.

Pros

Clients talk about the Kin&Co magic and you can feel it in the team too. It's an ambitious, independent and genuinely purpose-driven consultancy, really committed to doing things differently and changing organisations for the better. Things I would call out include: - Strong purpose, culture and values which feel extremely present day to day and central to the way the business operates - Amazing big brand clients and complex culture change briefs, meaning work is super varied, exciting and challenging with lots of room for professional growth. - Clear methodology rooted in behavioural science but with a big dose of playfulness and fun, meaning there is lots of room for fun and creativity on projects. - Lots of permission to innovate, try new things, test new propositions, lead on internal projects, get involved with new business, thought leadership and marketing - regardless of role. - An incredibly talented and diverse team. There are no egos. People are kind, smart and fun, and look out for each other. There is a strong culture of recognition and support. - A beautiful office with a real focus on sustainability and entrepreneurship, and a very flexible and high trust working environment.

Cons

It's a small, ambitious business so the pace can sometimes feel full on! But we never forget to stay playful and support each other, even in the crunchy moments.
