Pros

A 65 year old star up company that has made great strides in improving and introducing lean to the organization. Not a very large company although they support areas throughout the country. Specialize in basic heaters as well as personalized customization for everyday use to endure even the harshest of temperatures. Interesting to see the evolution of the material each step of the way to make the desired needs, fully functional and exceeding original expectations.

Management is a joke and not a funny one at that there is no training course or program besides them lazily showing you once how to do anything. If you have a trainer and they're no longer training you for any reason, it is YOUR responsibility (not the company) to find a new trainer and all responsibility of your previous trainer falls onto you. The leads and management team must be able to see you working. If you don't have any work to do but ask for help from a coworker, do some other work and finish or sweep while they're gone and come back, they will perceive it as incompetence. If you try to tell them that they're wrong, they will take that as insubordination and threatened to fire you. The company advertises that it is busy but that is false and many employees have asked to go home early. The company has a high turnover rate due to it's own incompetence to keep good employees and firing good employees because management only cares about the quantity going out, which is never discussed amongst other employees besides leads and other people in management. Before Christmas Eve, upper management had brag about the high turnover but still expect to put out greater numbers out of the employees they had in the next coming year (2021). Work place environment is considered unsafe, unhealthy, and possibly hostile mainly from management. Employees are constantly looking for new opportunities elsewhere in hopes for better pay, benefits, workplace environment, and more.
