I really do not think there were any, but maybe startups are not for everyone.

Kinnek's hard-working and intelligent employees are definitely one of the best reasons to work here. Every day I'm impressed with the knowledge that is shared as well as the professionalism with which business is conducted. We are truly solving a new problem here at Kinnek and doing our best to help small businesses. I feel like my work matters to these small business owners. Their businesses are the SMBs livelihood and I'm happy to work on a new problem that is developing a marketplace that addresses their needs. I've always found Kinnek to be accommodating and fostering of a comfortable work environment. The leadership is always available on a personal and professional level, and its great to know that we can always go to them with inquiries and requests. I can't think of many downsides of working at Kinnek. Our office is in a great location near Union Square with plenty of lunch options. We have competitive benefits and a very generous time off package.

Like any startup, we'll take our lumps and make mistakes. We'll make mistakes that established companies have already made and figured out, but I honestly thing that specific experience is something you need to go through in your career in order to become a better person.
