Having spent more than a decade at Kinsley Power Systems, I can say with confidence that it is a rare find in today’s professional landscape. The most rewarding part of my tenure has been the positive relationships I’ve formed. Stability: The industry (emergency power systems) is essential, so the work feels stable and secure compared to more volatile sectors. Hands-on Environment: Good balance of operational tasks and systems work. You aren't just a cog in the wheel; you can see how your work affects the business.

Legacy Systems: Like many companies we rely on some older ERP systems. It can sometimes be frustrating or clunky to get the data you need or to integrate with modern tools. Growing Pains: As the company grows, processes sometimes struggle to keep up. You often have to build your own solutions or workarounds to get things done efficiently. Workload: Supply chain and operations can get hectic, you never know where the next emergency will be, though this comes with the territory of working in an emergency service business.
