The company has a great product but is still having difficulty defining the product vision

- Really impressed by the executive/leadership team - highly experienced and visionary leaders that are transparent - Kion has one of the best cloud enablement products in the market - there's a reason why a start-up was able to win the trust of organizations, such as Verizon, NASA, and Boeing! - The people who work at Kion are truly wonderful - not just smart but genuinely nice - Kion is remote first AND gives its employees plenty of opportunities to meet each other in person - it's truly the best of both worlds - It's a start-up - not everything is perfect and processes are being built. For me, this is a pro because I want to help build a company and not just be a cog in a wheel
