Culture could use work but great experience - Paralegal Kirker Davis Employee Review

Having the flexibility to work for the firm remotely while finishing school was a huge pro and helped me gain practical experience while still being a student. I have drafted almost every family law pleading that exists now, and I have a much better understanding of how litigation works. I highly recommend clerking for Kirker Davis as a law student.

The work is fast-paced but this can be enjoyable at times because there are no "slow days."

I always have a supportive team, great mentorship from the attorneys and real hands on learning. Interns are trusted with meaningful work and I am given clear feedback. Nobody ever goes unnoticed. Everyone is always willing to teach and answer questions.

I don't have any complaints. If anything, It can get busy and fast paced so you have to stay organized but don't feel intimated.
