      Pros

      Good benefits, lower than average pay scale, work to life balance is decent if you don't mind the lower pay. Employees are cliqueish.

      Cons

      Terrible work atmosphere. The company is way too heavy with top management. Old cronyism and it takes years to be promoted where other companies recognize the potential of people sooner. You basically have to wait to wait for an old crony to die or retire to get a promotion.

      Direct comp is competitive. Culture and people are friendly. Work environment is productive. Leadership understands people are a primary asset.

      Cons

      With recent (2025) changes, benefits are generally average. Hybrid work is generally not accepted.

      My coworkers are supportive and enjoyable to work with. I have a good work-life balance. The employee events help build connections across teams. I appreciate the positive and welcoming culture.

      Cons

      Communication between teams could be improved. Career growth opportunities are not always clear. Workloads can feel uneven at times.
