I just hit my one-year anniversary and I wanted to reflect on what a great experience it’s been. I’m part of a small, close-knit team where collaboration and innovation are encouraged every day. From the beginning, I’ve felt like what I do matters — I’ve been supported, challenged, and empowered to grow. The people here are one of the best parts. Everyone I’ve worked with has been positive, approachable, and always willing to share their knowledge. There’s a real focus on promoting from within and helping each other get better every day. We celebrate wins big and small — from birthdays and work anniversaries to team lunches and company outings. And it’s inspiring to see so many colleagues who’ve been here 10, 20, even 30 years. That kind of longevity says a lot. I feel lucky to be part of Kitchell.
