Disappointing experience - Anonymous employee Kitu Systems Employee Review

The direction and the prospects for the company was never very exciting. Kitu was a small company with little revenue, and the management never provided a vision for the company to successfully grow revenue and profitability. The development work was pretty standard web apps development, and there never was anything innovative about the products would indicate any strategic differentiation or competitive advantage. I felt underpaid for the work I was doing, and there were not any career growth prospects. Ultimately, I decided the pros were significantly outweighed by the cons and move on from the company.
