It's ironic that a 'family-friendly' company hires staff who enjoys gossiping. There is one particular group that the big boss is close with. The big boss will rather listen to their gossips and believe them. (mind you, the big boss micro manages everyone too) In terms of working, there is no proper job briefing, no constructive feedback is given when work is reviewed. You can join this company if you don't mind working during the weekends, gossip about each other and learn absolutely nothing about work and get unnecessary stress.
