I learned a huge amount very quickly, had real ownership, and worked with colleagues who pushed me to grow. Klarna gave me opportunities that sharpened my skills and clarified what kind of culture I thrive in.
Cons
Constant restructures, unclear priorities, and sudden shifts made it hard to feel secure or long term. Communication wasn’t always transparent, and changes often landed without adequate support. The pace could be energising but also exhausting, leaving little room for stability or strategic continuity.
