Klarna as an employer requires a lot from the people that work there, but is also more than willing to give everyone a chance as long as they want it and you get highly acclaimed for good job. Klarna's future is as bright as it's employees. You work there because you want to contribute to and be a part of that future. The company is fast paced, international and vibrating of passion for making a difference.
Cons
As a heavy tech company , Klarna employees gender distribution is unbalanced with a significantly larger male percentage. This is reflected in most parts of the company, including the management team and board.
