Pros
The Tel-Aviv office has talented engineers working there and a really good atmosphere. Too bad that all this talent is going to waste by Swedish management,
Cons
The company management (especially IT and Product) is completely incompetent. There is no product vision, no technical direction and no leadership. To add to that the salaries are pretty poor and don't expect a bonus or any other sort of financial benefits. Not even for top performers.
