We had a ¨mandatory company announcement¨ where we learned via a pre-recorded video message from the CEO that 10% of us were being laid off. The next day, many of my colleagues and I were confused as to why we were not able to access our Google docs and were kicked out of Slack groups and lost access to many systems. Only after this did we receive a meeting invite from the department head titled ¨your future at Klarna¨. During this meeting the department head read from a script, as I could see them referring to it from time to time. One of the most insincere, insulting experiences I ever had at a company. If you´re hired here good luck until they decide otherwise and then you are not a human worthy of common decency and respect
