Pros
- Lots of autonomy. - Can fully work from home, but also have wework offices in major cities. - Pretty ok work life balance.
Cons
- Horrible bonus & promotion structure (once a year and you have to apply for it. Last year only the people that were on the lower end got small bonuses, and not the people that actually deserved it). Haven't gotten a raise or bonus in two years now, even after three promotions. They're always promising but never deliver. - They don't care about your career goals and will move you into other teams and roles that don't align with your goals, skills or wants. - Flat company with a handful of CXOs making all the decisions. Very limited transparency from them. - It's hard to get answers (ex: promotions) due to the strange organizational structure. - Culture used to be good but due to the constant restructuring in the past two years, the culture is quire sad.
