Pros
Klaxoon is a great place to work if you are looking for a company that values its culture. They strongly believe that culture is a driving force to a great work environment. The people are awesome, smart, passionate and are always willing to where different hats to help you out. The people there quickly become friends where you enjoy seeing them in the office and out. Since Klaxoon is a scale up; you’ll get the opportunity to be creative, see what works and what doesn’t while also having flexiblity within your role.
Cons
With any fast growing company there is always a lot to do. Although management is very good at reminding you of work/life balance, you tend to feel guilty leaving at 5:30/6 since there is so many exciting things to do. The company also works at a very fast pace which is a pro for some people but a con for others! Face pasted also means short notice somethings which can be stressful at times BUT the final product is always worth it at the end. Lastly, since this is a high-growth company, some of the benefits are still being worked on. However, HR is always checking in and is always coming out with new benefits.
